Bubblegum Swing Dress

This pattern add-on will show you how to create a gorgeous swing dress using the Bubblegum Dress Pattern! Additional measurements and instructions are included.

This tutorial is an add-on to the Bubblegum Dress Pattern and allows you to turn the Bubblegum Dress, which originally has an A-line skirt, into a swing dress with a full, gathered skirt.

The striking contrast band at the bottom gives an extra opportunity to bring in another fabric print, and the added volume of the gathered skirt makes it a true show stopper dress. You can choose to create the bias tape version, or make a hemmed dress. 

You will need to own and use the pattern pieces of the Bubblegum Dress Pattern. The pattern pieces for the bodice are not included in this add-on; this tutorial covers how to create and add the gathered skirt.
